Save Students Act Information

Ohio Law and the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce requires Ohio School Districts to notify families and guardians of instruction that is mandated in the following grades and topics:

Grades K-6

Social Inclusion

Personal safety

Sexual Abuse Prevention

Grades 6-12

Social Inclusion

Personal Safety

Suicide Awareness and Prevention


As a parent/guardian, you have the right to inspect the instructional materials that are used to meet these requirements by visiting the link located below.  This link provides access to the lessons and resources that will be used.  


If you wish your child to be excluded from instruction in these topics, please complete the opt-out form by Friday, January 12th, 2024
