Congratulations to the Work Study Student of the Month - Eilee Fletcher - Congratulations to the Cafeteria Worker of the Month - Mackenzie Airhart  - Both Eilee and Mackenzie are very helpful and learned a new job responsibility with a positive attitude.  Keep up the great work WHS is very proud of you.

 

If you are going on the Washington, DC trip with the Holocaust class your down payment of $125 is due to Mr. Kister by Wednesday, September 20th.

 

Key Club Members, our next meeting is Thursday, September 21st.  If you are planning on attending the Fall Rally in October you will be required to confirm this by then.  

 

Colleges visiting next week are:

9/18       University of Mount Union

9/20       University of Northwestern Ohio

Sign up in the guidance office or on Naviance.  A pass will be sent the day of the visit. 

 

Students of all ages:  Don’t forget about College Fair on September 25, from 6-8pm.  This is a great place to begin your college search.  Don’t miss out!

 

Freshmen! You are currently under-represented in Student Council. We are looking for 5-6 freshmen to step up as class leaders for this school year. If you are interested please see Ms. Porter in room C231 or contact senior Mimi Wiles.

September 20 is the last day to register for the in-house ACT on October 3 or the PSAT on October 11.  Please stop by guidance if you have any questions.  Checks should be made out to Wooster High School.

 

Juniors and Seniors:  College Admission representatives visit WHS each fall.  This is a great way to learn specific information right from the source.  Bring any question that you may have.  This is a great way to help narrow your college search.  The complete list can be found on the guidance webpage, outside on the guidance bulletin board, and on Naviance.  Please sign up if interested so a pass can be sent to you on that day.  Don’t forget to follow the guidance department at @Wooguidance.
