Public Records Request

The Board of Education is responsible for maintaining the public records of this District and to make such records available to the public for inspection and reproduction.

A written request is not required to review a public record, but may be helpful in the district’s response to such a request. 

Requests must allow for a reasonable time to provide records for inspection.  Staff will advise of any denials or redactions to a request as provided for by law.

Use the electronic transcript release form for Official Transcripts only for past WHS students. Please complete this electronic form and submit. Official Transcript requests will be processed within 1-2 business days.  Processing may be delayed if school is not in session. Transcripts are a listing of your grades while attending high school with your graduation year.  This would not include special education records.  

Please note that if the transcript is sent to the student, it is stamped as unofficial.  Transcripts may be official only by sending it directly to a third party.
