Entering its 163rd year, the WCSD inspires world-class academic achievement through 21st century college and career preparedness, creating global awareness, fostering critical thinking, and advancing financial and technological literacy.

For the 2011-2012 school year, the district will educate 3,900 students with 521 employees in our eight school sites.  The WCSD is comprised of:

• Six grades K-6 elementary schools
• One grades 7-8 middle school
• One grades 9-12 high school
