Title I Survey
PARKVIEW SCHOOL-WIDE TITLE I SURVEY 2011-2012
Dear Parkview Family,
As a Title 1 School-wide building, we like to send out an annual survey to help us gather information that we will use to better respond to our students and families.
Attention Parents of 6th Graders
There is an immunization requirement for all students entering 7th grade. The Ohio Department of Health now requires an additional dose of Tdap or Td (tetanus) to be administered prior to the first day of school this fall.
