The Leader In Me- This is an evidencer-based, comprehensive school improvement model- developed in partnership with educators- that empowers students with the leadership and life-skills they need to thrive in the 21st century. Our LIM program emphasizes living out the seven habits: Be Proactive, Begin with the End in Mind, Put First Things First, Think Win-Win, Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood, Synergize, Sharpen the Saw.
