New for 2014-2015! All annual forms and consents are available online for parents to complete. Instead of filling out paper forms, parents and guardians will be given a login and password to a secure system for completing and signing the emergency medical form and all annual consents. Visit our secure forms site linked here: Online Forms or go to the district website and click on the Forms button. If you have not received the login and password for your child's forms please call 330-988-1111 extension 1241.
The City of Wooster will be starting on a project to repair the concrete streets in the Edgewood Allotment neighborhood, which includes Taylor Avenue, Kinney Street, Imgard Street, McClure Street, and Mather Hill Drive. The work is planned to start the week of Labor Day and will take about 2 months to complete.
Edgewood will be participating with Domino's Pizza in fundraising. If you place an order on these specific dates, Edgewood receives 10% of the orders that day. Please support the school, and order dinner or a snack on these days.
Come and get involved with Edgewood by joining the PTO and helping our school. The meetings start at 6:30pm and are held in the school library. Below are the meeting date. We hope to see you there!

Families and students are invited on Tuesday, September 2 at 4:30 until 5:30pm as our student body comes together to share the Stop Bullying message with their community. There will be activites for all ages! Grillmasters, Mr. Furlong and Mr. Frank, will be cooking and serving FREE hotdogs, chips and cookies! Don't miss out on all the fun!
Market Day is fundraising food cooperative, providing opportunities to raise money for schools by selling food products. Please take a look at all of the products they have to offer at https://www.marketday.com. Our first order deadline for paper orders is September 5th in the office, or online orders is September 9th at 11 pm.
Boys and Girls Club of Wooster After School Program begins on August 25th. It is held at Edgewood Middle School from 3:15-7 pm. The students will be provided with homework help, recreation programs, and meal/snacks. The annual membership fee is $15. Registrationd forms are available in the office or at bgcwooster.org.
An additional dose of Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis immunization) is recommended for 11 and 12 year olds and required, by law, for all students entering 7th grade. This proof is needed at or before Fall registration!!!
Mandatory Cross Country Practice: Begins Monday, August 4th from 8:00-9:15 A.M. at Edgewood Middle School. It will be Monday through Friday at this time, until school begins (teachers begin on August 14th).
The seventh grade football team will begin practices on Wednesday, July 30, from 10-12. Practices will continue every weekday. These practices will be held at Edgewood. Please wear football cleats. Every athlete will need to have a sports physical and complete an athletic packet. These are available at the athletic office at the Wooster High School.
