Families and students are invited on Tuesday, September 2 at 4:30 until 5:30pm as our student body comes together to share the Stop Bullying message with their community. There will be activites for all ages! Grillmasters, Mr. Furlong and Mr. Frank, will be cooking and serving FREE hotdogs, chips and cookies! Don't miss out on all the fun!
The City of Wooster will be starting on a project to repair the concrete streets in the Edgewood Allotment neighborhood, which includes Taylor Avenue, Kinney Street, Imgard Street, McClure Street, and Mather Hill Drive. The work is planned to start the week of Labor Day and will take about 2 months to complete.
Come and get involved with Edgewood by joining the PTO and helping our school. The meetings start at 6:30pm and are held in the school library. Below are the meeting date. We hope to see you there!
Market Day is fundraising food cooperative, providing opportunities to raise money for schools by selling food products. Please take a look at all of the products they have to offer at https://www.marketday.com. Our first order deadline for paper orders is September 5th in the office, or online orders is September 9th at 11 pm.
Boys and Girls Club of Wooster After School Program begins on August 25th. It is held at Edgewood Middle School from 3:15-7 pm. The students will be provided with homework help, recreation programs, and meal/snacks. The annual membership fee is $15. Registrationd forms are available in the office or at bgcwooster.org.
An additional dose of Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis immunization) is recommended for 11 and 12 year olds and required, by law, for all students entering 7th grade. This proof is needed at or before Fall registration!!!
