Elementary Exercise Videos
The Elementary Exercise Videos are sponsored by the Breakfast to Wellness Grant. They are designed as 5-minute chapters to energize participants on days when children cannot get outside for recess or at times when the refreshment of movement/stretching would lead to better focus. Parents can also use these videos at home with their children.
The videos include Health and Wellness Specialists from Wooster Community Hospital; Sherry Leggett and Katie Vipperman as well as some Wooster High School Students. Mr. Greene’s Video Production students produced the videos.
Dance - Get your heart pumping as you “bust a move!”
Sports - Loosen up by working different muscle groups through a series of motions used in a variety sports.
Water Sports - Going to the beach can be a real work-out! Energize your body with surfing, swimming and running in the sand.
Yoga - The poses of yoga will calm your body and mind while giving you positive energy to face the challenges of the day.
Wild Animals - Acting like an animal can be fun! Exercise your body with the actions and movements of some of our favorite animals.
