The Homecoming dance is Saturday, October 7th from 8-11pm in the Commons, and will once again feature a live DJ from Audio Extremes™. The theme will be “Phantom of Opera/Masquerade” The cost is $10 per person, payable at the door. This is the same price as last year!
A Wooster High School student may bring one outside guest no older than 20 to the dances. Middle School and Junior High School students (this includes 8th graders) will not be admitted. Applications for guests can be picked up in the main office. The application must be submitted for approval by 3:00pm on Friday prior to the dance.
Students enter from the student parking lot. Student IDs will be checked at online sign-in stations upon entry and all in attendance will be screened for alcohol. No one will be admitted one hour after the start of the dance, which runs from 8:00-11:00pm. Attendees may leave the dance at anytime. No refund will be given to anyone who chooses to leave early, and no one may reenter.
Dress code: Young ladies attire for all dances: Dresses may be sleeveless, with “spaghetti” straps, with one strap, or with no strap. However, dresses with plunging necklines or backs, gaping holes, or slits at the sides (above waist or above the knee) will not be permitted. Dress length should be no shorter than two (2) inches above the kneecap. Undergarments should not be visible.
Young men’s attire for all dances: For Homecoming, semi-formal dress is recommended. Look sharp in your shirt, tie, and dress slacks.
