Sports Physicals
Sports Physicals for the 2013-2014 school year will be held on May 18th at
the Wooster Orthpaedics office 3373 Commerce Parkway Suite 2, from 8:00am to
Noon for a cost of $10.00. Please have your athlete pick up a packet prior to this
date so that you can have all the forms filled out before their physical.

Congratulations to the following athletes who qualified for State.
GIRLS: Jessica Bonezzi in the 100m fly and 200 free
Madison Whitman in the 200IM and 100m breaststroke
Annalise Battig, Charles Cairnie & Zach Humrichouser sign to play a sport in college
Annalise Battig has signed to play soccer at Urbana College, Charles Cairnie will be playing football at Colgate while Zach Humrichouser will be running cross country with Ashland University.

The attached form can be used if you are planning on transporting your child to or from a sporting event.
