Spelling Bee Update

Nick Kakanuru, an eighth grader at Wooster High School, and Noah Greene, a sixth grader at Edgewood Middle School, participated in the Wayne County Spelling Bee on the evening of Tuesday, January 24, 2023. They both placed in the top ten of the spellers. Noah misspelled “brochure” and Nick misspelled “pallor.” We are so proud of their efforts to study and prepare for the next competition! They both have qualified for the Akron Beacon Journal Spelling that will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2023.  Best wishes to our spellers!
