Winter Parent-Teacher Conferences will be conducted virtually using Meet the Teacher. Grades K-4 Conference March 1st & 3rd and information about booking those is below.

Parents wishing to book conferences with their child's teacher can do so beginning Friday, February 18th.

Q: What is the link to Meet the Teacher?
A: The link can be found on the front page of our District website and also linked here: https://woostercsd.meettheteacher.com/
Q: How do I log into Meet the Teacher?
A: You will need to use your first and last name and the email address you have on record with the school. This is the same name/email you use for Final Forms. You will also need your child's name and birthdate. If you have multiple children in the district, you can use any of them when logging in.
Q: Do I need to download Zoom or another app to the video call for conferences?
A: No. Meet the Teacher will send you a link for your conference. That link takes you to the Meet the Teacher site and your conference video call will work from that site. No special app is needed for Meet the Teacher.
Q: What if I don't want to do a video call?
A: When you book your conference, there will be a Messages area. Put a note in the Messages area that you prefer a phone conference and your child's teacher will call you instead.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
A. You can adjust your bookings at any time. Just go to https://woostercsd.meettheteacher.com/ and click on the My Bookings area.
Q: My child's other parent wants to join the conference from another location. How do we do this?
A: Once you book a conference, you will see the option to Invite another Parent. Enter the email of your child's other parent to send the invite. Here are more detailed directions Invite 2nd Parent/Guardian
Q: I'm not able to get into my account. How do I get help?
A: Call your child's school and the Main Office will be able to get a conference scheduled for you.
